• Incentive Pricing: To maintain our high-speed workflow, the setup fee is only valid if the client enrolls within 48 hours of receiving their sample. After this window, standard pricing applies.

• Approval: Once the final design is approved by the client and launched, the initial setup phase is considered complete.

2. Subscription & "No-Contract" Policy

• Month-to-Month: All services (Foundation, Accelerator, Authority) are provided on a monthly subscription basis. We do not require long-term contracts.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your service at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

• Payments: Subscriptions are billed automatically. Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in temporary suspension of your website and lead-capture features.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

• Client Content: You retain all rights to your business name, logo, and any project photos you provide.

• Bicca Pro Agency Property: The underlying code, proprietary "Smart Editor," and LiteSpeed server configurations are the intellectual property of Bicca Pro Agency.

• Post-Cancellation: If you choose to leave Bicca Pro Agency, you take your domain and your content with you. However, because our sites are built on a high-performance integrated stack, the live website and its proprietary integrations cannot be moved to a third-party host.

4. License & Use of Site

Unless otherwise stated, Bicca Pro Agency owns the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. You may access this for your own personal business use, but you must not:
