REFUND POLICY

At Bicca Pro Agency, we are committed to providing high-performance "Lead Machines" for trade and service professionals. Because our process includes a "See It Before You Buy It" sample build, we aim for total transparency in our billing and refund practices.

1. The "Zero-Risk" Sample Build

Our Step 2 process involves creating a live, functional sample of your website at no cost to you. Because you have the opportunity to review the design, mobile functionality, and lead-capture features before making any payment, we ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the direction of the project before any financial commitment is made.

2. Setup Fees

The setup fee (Incentive rate of $199/Foundation, $299/Accelerator, $599/Authority or standard rate of $99/page) is paid to initiate the final build, content integration, and CRM syncing.

  • Once the setup fee is paid and the final build process has begun, the setup fee is non-refundable. This covers the intensive labor and technical resources required to customize the site to your specific business needs.

3. Monthly Subscriptions

We believe in Performance-Based Loyalty, which is why we do not use long-term contracts.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal or by emailing agency@biccapro.com.

  • Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for the current billing cycle. Once a monthly subscription payment is processed, you will continue to have full access to your website and services until the end of that billing period, at which time the service will terminate.

4. Third-Party Costs

Certain costs associated with your service, such as domain name registrations or specific third-party API integrations requested by the client, are non-refundable once purchased on your behalf.

5. Technical Resolution Guarantee

In accordance with our 48-Hour Fix Guarantee, if a critical technical error occurs that renders your website inaccessible and we are unable to provide a path to resolution within 48 hours of notification, you may request a service credit for the affected period.

6. Abuse of Service

Bicca Pro Agency reserves the right to refuse a refund or cancel service immediately if the client is found to be in violation of our Terms and Conditions, including the use of the website for unlawful activities or the infringement of intellectual property.
